Houze Construções (HZC)
HOUZE founded HZC Lda. in 2022, a company focused on property renovation and refurbishment in the Lisbon area.
HZC was created at a particularly challenging time for construction clients, with high demand and a lack of reliable, high-quality suppliers.
With an in-house, specialised team of 15 people, we ensure close control of timelines and high standards of work, currently delivering around 15–25 projects per year.
After three years working almost exclusively for HOUZE, HZC will also start offering its services to external clients — both private and corporate — from 2026 onwards.
