I have been a tenant of Houze for three semesters, I am about to start the fourth.
I have heard all kinds of stories about accommodation in the city, nothing to worry about if you are with Houze.
I have had the opportunity to stay in two separate apartments, both located in good position of the city, connected to public transport or close to university. In general, the spaces are recently renovated, perfect for all the needs of international students: rooms and common areas are equipped with everything you need. If there is a problem, the maintenance team usually shows up promptly at your place to solve the situation. Given the services, prices are in line with the rental market in Lisbon. There is professionalism in the management of reservations, payments and any notices. Strong added value given by the fact that most of the tenants are international students, so it is easy to meet people from all over the world who for one reason or another spend time in Lisbon. I recommend it

My stay at Houze Student in Campo Pequeno, Lisbon, was an absolutely wonderful experience. The location is perfect, ideal for getting to university and very convenient for reaching the city center.

Even though we were 11 people living together, everything worked out perfectly and I felt very comfortable. One of the best parts was the truly international environment: everyone came from a different country, which made the experience incredibly enriching.

The house was new, well-maintained, and my room was very comfortable. If I ever return to Lisbon, I would definitely choose to stay with them again. Highly recommended!

I did an erasmus abroad in lissabon for 6 months and i had lived in a room by houzestudents. All in all i had a great experience this whole time. My room and the apartment were really good. The apartment was huge with a lot of bathrooms and a balcony. A really good thing of houzestudent was that they fix all problems that we had really fast and the communication was good. Also the location of my apartment was great.
